We hereby confirm the reservation for the cleaning. My colleague will try to be with you in on the date from the confirmation e-mail you got from us. The carcleaner tries to make a phone call if he is unlikely to arrive on time or if he can arrive earlier.
*Time may vary. Traffic, weather or a previous assignment may cause us to arrive earlier or later. Please understand. To be on the safe side, keep a margin of 1 hour earlier to 1 hour later in your agenda (does not apply before 8:00 am).
Cancel or change?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours, we charge €50. Cancellations can only be made here. Need to change your appointment? You can submit any changes to your cleaning here.
Extra information
We ask you to please take the following into account:
– That our car must be able to be parked in close proximity to the vehicle to be cleaned.
– That we need a power point (normal 230V connection) within 50 meters.
– Parking costs for our car, will be charged to you.
– That we can/will usually only invest the reserved time and cleaning-options on your behalf (due to planning).
– The maximum cleaning time is the maximum time we will spend on your car. Unfortunately, we cannot promise certain results in advance. We promise that the car cleaner will try to achieve the maximum result within the reserved cleaning minutes.
– Before the work starts, you can ask for additional services. The car cleaner can adjust and/or expand the package at that time in consultation with you.
About payment
You can pay on site at the car cleaner by QR payment, payment request or cash payment. Paying on invoice is only possible if this has been discussed with us in advance and only for companies that have existed for more than 3 years. After payment you can ask for an invoice for the payment.
Of course, you only pay when you are satisfied and sign the completed work. This is how we guarantee quality and service.
